Microsoft will Yahoo kaufen

Der Windows-Hersteller Microsoft will den Internet-Konzern Yahoo für 44,6 Milliarden US-Dollar kaufen.
Microsoft möchte mit dem Kauf seine Position im hart umkämpften Markt von Online-Diensten ausbauen. Der Internet-Gigant bietet 31 Dollar pro Yahoo-Aktie, was einen Aufschlag von 62 Prozent auf den Schlusskurs vom Donnerstag bedeutet.
