Aspartam used to be listed by the CIA as “biological warfare chemical” until the 1970ies.
In 1981, it became legalized (by Donald Rumsfeld, the later child-killer in Iraq) as a a “sweetener”.
Aspartam causes Cancer, depression, Multiple Skleroris and Alzheimer even in 30year-olds. Thanks to this POISON that our criminal Governments and Corporations add to soft drinks.
STAY AWAY from it, it kills you!

way possible.. just part of human nature. study biology. Mine is a nice comment to you, not of criticism… for me it is clear “today” it is the hardest time to get food, and when you get that food, to search for the one that’s plain food not with all the “junk”… soa s to simplify the term. Be well. Keep open and looking… Why we ask this? Because we need all of us to do our part, search, research, be it “illegal” to research independantly or not .. Hey, and I love irish men!

exactly, for all the boozos who think they are safe and shoot down us for stepping up to the plate to save lives take note, unless you have been collecting evidence for decades that show its safe, dont say its safe, because people who use it just once have effects. The studies down the road will blow your foolish comments that “its safe” out of the water. dont even try to waste our time. this is a life or death issue we have no time for kids play or lies for industry. Diet soda, or any modern soda, cannot be considered a boon to health. If you’re happy drinking fake ingredients, then by all means continue. The long term damage from them cannot be measured in short term studies.

In addition to 70 existing “legitimate” studies, here is the most recent one:
Ramazzini’s 2nd follow up study reaffirming aspartame’s carcinogenicity. Google it.
You can’t yell “fire” in a crowded theatre but, for some reason, it’s O.K. to lead people to a state-sanctioned poison. Not for long.

just as cell phones are “safe” even though the Brain tumors have increase over 300% (brain tumor foundation) If you trust the studies that big money pays for, dont expect that big money to cover your health bills

Aspartame is the single-most studied and clinically tested sweetener available. And not one legitimate study has linked it to any harmful effects. The same cannot be said for sugar.

Instead of hopping online and believing the first yahoo demonizing aspartame without evidence, you should’ve read something about how headaches are among the most vague, ubiquitous symptoms there are.

beverages08? lol… I just started looking up aspartame, because I’ve been getting major, serious headaches since I started drinking diet soda. I wake up with these every morning, and felt there was a connection. After researching, there is no other conclusion other than aspartame causing this to happen.

Considering the lack of concern in aspartanme and cell phones issues, in less then ten years time, there are going to be a large percentage of the population sick from radiation exposure or food poisioning, or BOTH. I know various people whos doctors misdiagnosed thier symptoms that both issues share.
